HIDR has strong leadership with experienced and qualified policy reviewers’/analysts researchers, trainers, and experts on law and development, human rights, child rights, gender justice & equality, and social sciences. HIDR has a strong reputation in Nepal for its quality and timely service delivery. Since its foundation, HIDR has provided its technical knowledge, service, and expertise, to various government agencies, federal legislators, province assembly members, local government, UN Agencies, private companies, national & international non-governmental organizations, national networks and so forth. HIDR has proven specialization in knowledge generation through legal research and studies, policy analysis, policy reviews, legislative scrutiny and analysis of judicial decisions. Based on the knowledge produced, HIDR extensively engage in socialization of such Knowledge through advocacy, policy dialogues, training and linking with classroom of various colleges, decision makers and dissemination in the form of policy briefs, publications and toolkits and eventually its contribute to build the public opinion for policy reform/transform. HIDR team members are from diverse groups. Most of its team members are young professionals. Professional senior team members supervise them.
